Currently, he serves as the Head of market and operational risk management at the London branch, where he leads a team responsible for market risk, counterparty credit risk, model risk, and operational risk management. Prior to his current role, Yan gained extensive experience at Deutsche Bank—starting on their graduate scheme—and at Fidelity International.
