- Ravel Jabbour is the former Executive Director for UK Regulatory Engagement at Goldman Sachs focusing on regulatory dialogue and B3.1 advocacy. Previously he held several senior roles in regulatory risk at Visa, Standard Chartered, Credit Suisse, Deloitte and the Bank of England. He holds a PhD in Finance with a focus on banking regulation and has an extensive record of publications in peer-reviewed journals on Basel-related topics namely on the “The Fragmentation of Banking Regulation.”
