- Seb is AM EMEA&UK CRO and Global Head of Traditional Investment Risk responsible for implementing and advancing an effective risk management framework. He is also a member of the GRC People Forum. Before joining UBS in 2022, Seb spent 10 years at State Street Global Advisors as Global Head of Equity, ETF and Liquidity Risk Management as well as member of the senior leadership team instrumental in developing robust strategic risk infrastructure. Prior to that he was Senior Investment Risk Manager responsible for risk oversight across Fixed Income, Liability-Driven Investment and Multi-Asset Class portfolios. He also worked at Fidelity, LNG Capital, Alta Group and Slovenian Central Bank. Seb is a regular speaker at risk conferences and holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School, the CFA charter, GARP Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certificates.
