- Siddharth Gandhi is a distinguished risk professional with extensive experience across the financial services sector, currently serving as Climate Risk Analytics Manager at HSBC. Siddharth’s career has been marked by significant contributions to risk management in highly regulated environments, with particular depth in climate and sustainability risk, market risk, and quantitative modelling. Over a career spanning more than 16 years across HSBC, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered, PwC and EY, Siddharth has helped embed sustainability considerations into credit risk frameworks, built bank-grade scenario analysis models under CBES and NGFS pathways, and contributed to the regulatory agenda shaping sustainable finance. Siddharth has also been a strong advocate for applying advanced analytics and GenAI across sustainability and risk management.
