Andrea Pavlovic

- Andrea Pavlović (born 20 July 1973) is a Member of the Management Board of PBZ responsible for the Risk Management and Control Division, a position she has held since 2010. She has extensive experience in banking and risk management, developed through a series of senior roles within the bank. She began her career at PBZ in 1997. From 2000 to 2002 she served as Director of the Risk Management Service, and from 2002 to 2003 as Director of the Risk Management Office. In 2003 she was appointed Executive Director of the Risk Management Division, and in 2008 she became Senior Executive Director of the same division. In 2010 she joined the Management Board of PBZ. In addition to her executive role, she currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of PBZ Card d.o.o., Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Banka ISP d.d., Slovenia, and President of the Risk Committee of Banka ISP Slovenia. She graduated in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, in 1994, where she also obtained her Master of Science degree in 1997 and completed her PhD in 2004.
