- Søren Agergaard Andersen is the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO) and responsible for 2nd line Risk Management and Compliance at CIP. Mr. Agergaard Andersen has more than 25 years’ experience from the financial industry. Prior to joining CIP in 2025, Mr. Andersen was the Chief Risk Officer in Nordea Asset Management which is the largest asset manager in the Nordics, and Head of Risk in SEB Denmark, one of Sweden’s largest universal banks. Besides this, Mr. Agergaard Andersen has worked with risk, quant and analysis within consulting and pension. In addition, he has been an external lecturer at the Copenhagen Business School for 18 years. Mr. Agergaard Andersen holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Copenhagen University and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
