Emma brings a commercial, pragmatic boardroom perspective, helping organisations move beyond compliance-led risk management to a more integrated, decision-focused approach that protects value and enables sustainable growth. She worked extensively with Chairs, CFOs, CROs and CEOs to strengthen governance frameworks, risk appetite, emerging risk oversight and board reporting. My executive career includes Partner roles at Deloitte and EY, where she led large-scale enterprise risk programmes and advised organisations across Consumer, Energy, Resources & Industrials, Private Equity, Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Pharmaceuticals.
