- George Bakas is Head of Asset & Liability Management Risk Control at UBS, based in London. In his role, he oversees the risk of the Group Treasury portfolios globally, across interest rate risk, liquidity buffers, structural foreign exchange, funding, and XVA. He brings 19 years of experience across market and treasury risk, model risk, and finance, with a strong track record of integrating risk disciplines. George holds a MSc degree in Quantitative Finance from ICMA Centre, University of Reading.
