- Based in London, UK Greg Jones joined TD Securities in January 2004 and is currently responsible for all Financial and Non-Financial risk functions across the Europe and Asia Pacific Region. Prior to becoming the Chief Risk Officer, Greg led the Market Risk Management function for the Region. Greg is the regulatory prescribed SMF 4 (Chief Risk Function) for TD London Branch, TD Bank Europe Ltd, and TD Execution Services Ltd. Core responsibilities include defining and maintaining Risk Appetite frameworks and governance for the TD entities across the Region; maintaining an effective risk management function in each regional centre; managing compliance with risk appetite; challenging business initiatives; and maintaining second line oversight of key regulatory requirements, such as Outsourcing and Operational Resilience. Primary accountabilities include global oversight of the International Fixed Income (IFI) Business line with discretionary authority over policy limits; regional oversight of all traded and non-traded market risk in the EAP region; participation in ICAAP/ILAAP processes; and defining RAS measures.
