- Cyril Gruffat is senior policy officer working at ESMA since 2022. He has coordinated the implementation of the DORA framework at ESMA, contributing to the preparation of the DORA technical standards and to the establishment of the DORA oversight framework. He worked at the Autorité de Controle Prudentiel et de Resolution (ACPR) for ten years, as a policy expert involved in the implementation of various EU regulations such as Solvency II and CRD/CRR, and as an on-site inspector on operational and ICT risks.
