- Cathryn Kelly is Head of the Credit Strategy Group for EMEA, where she supports the Chief Credit Officer in delivering credit portfolio risk management and maintaining a robust operating environment for managing single-name credit risk. She leads a team responsible for key areas including credit risk appetite, the credit risk management framework, portfolio and concentration risk, country risk, and oversight of the broader credit risk and control environment. In addition, Cathryn plays a leading role in sustainability and responsible risk practices. She is Global Head of ESG Risk Management and serves as Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer for EMEA, reflecting her strong commitment to driving a fair and sustainable transition.
