- Toivo Miller is a senior risk leader at UK Export Finance, where he leads work on integrating climate and ESG considerations into credit risk, portfolio oversight and institutional decision-making. His work focuses on translating climate risk frameworks into practical tools for risk appetite, credit judgement and senior governance. He has over 15 years’ experience across credit risk, sustainable finance and institutional risk management, spanning public and private sector roles, including at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Alongside his executive role, Toivo supports board-level assurance and risk governance as an external adviser to an audit committee and as a charity trustee.
