- Oneg Lamed is a Managing Director in Market Risk at Morgan Stanley, where he leads risk oversight for Fixed Income in EMEA and XVA globally. He is responsible for the identification, measurement and governance of market risks across rates, FX, credit, commodities and XVA, with a focus on complex and non-linear exposures. Oneg has extensive experience in risk management of structured products, and plays a key role in regulatory engagement and implementation across frameworks including FRTB and capital standards. He is based in London and has been with Morgan Stanley since 2016. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Oneg worked at Barclays and WestLB and has over 20 years of market risk experience.
